Grand Theft Car III”, You Have The Official Trailer Of Its 10th Anniversary

May 8th, 2012

It’s been days since we’ve spoken about “Grand Theft Car III”. Last October, it released its 10th anniversary trailer and to tell you in advance, the good news is that it will have a version in iOS and Android. This new version will surely amaze all online gamers because of its new features and graphics.

Yesterday, my companion named Dani brought a video of the trailer to us showing the 2D images of Grand Theft in his iPad 2. It was wonderfully done and it showed the success of the online game for the past years. Its graphics and overall image successfully showed how brilliant technology works nowadays. Although I haven’t seen the quality of the game and trailer in Android, I strongly believe that it wouldn’t be any less perfect.

Furthermore, by the time that I knew that there is a new version for iOS and Android, I didn’t hesitate to find a way to experience it. However, it gave me a conclusion that by the time the company launches the version with the 10th anniversary trailer, it wouldn’t be a bang because many have tried and saw the latest game already. Excitement is already done for them. What is wrong is that, the version is already accessible through the internet even before they formally launched it. It can even be played in an iPhone 4S, iPad 2, Evo 2, LG Optimus 2X, Motorola Atrix, Samsung Galaxy S2, Asus EEE DAP, Motorola Xoom and Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, which are the top gadgets of today’s technological world. So for this situation, the 10th anniversary official trailer of Grand Theft Car III was just something like an ordinary trailer. But despite that, it was still able to prove excellence in online game development because of market recognition.

Generally, there is really a concrete date for the launching of the version for iOS and Android for “Grand Theft Car III”, but unfortunately, there were some misinformation and mix-ups, that is why they were not able to fulfill it.

Review: Mortal Kombat Arcade Collection

March 12th, 2012

Mortal Kombat is a fighting video game developed and published by Midway in 1992.  When the game series was first release, it became one of the most well-known and best-selling arcade games of all time. To make it more fun and exciting, Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment was able to released the Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection last 2011.

The arcade kollection of Mortal Kombat is downloadable for PS Network, PC, and Xbox Live Arcade at a very affordable cost of $10. It is packed with the first three Mortal Kombat arcade games including the Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat II and the Ultimate Mortal Kombat III. As an avid Mortal Kombat fan, you’ll surely get the limited and dated Mortal Kombat series but possibly the best game would be the Mortal Kombat II and the most outrageous entry in the series would be the Ultimate Kombat III. However, the game series is one of the classics that remained in the history of all arcade games so basically it’s one of the best and indomitable games of all time.

Though it’s fun to play for the game console versions because it got the easiest setting, still it would be more fun and bracing to play it against another human gamer. Fortunately, the Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection has added the latest online game mode that is easy to manage and play. In some way, gamers can experience a bit of lags or pauses particularly in compound matches but the occurrence merely depends on who you are connected with.

To gain mastery, online leader boards are available to uncover and master most of your attacks and movements. Other than the online mode option, a lot of additional features can also be found like the latest filters including arcade scan lines for a more genuine appearance. Besides, you can make the screen curve just like in an arcade mode if you won several times.

For those players who happened to like the old school Mortal Kombat, you’ll surely patronize the first game from the Kollection since it still super old-fashioned. However, as mentioned above, the Mortal Kombat II is the best in the series and the most bizarre is the Ultimate Mortal Kombat III since it got a lot of lopsided characters.

On top of this, if you’re an avid Mortal Kombat gamer, you’ll already know all of these stuffs. However, the Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection is still entertaining though on a retro level and if you want to make the most out of it, then try playing these games through online gaming arena.

Game Review: Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi

March 7th, 2012

Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi, also known as Dragon Ball Ultimate Blast, is a 2011 video game that’s based on the manga and anime Dragon Ball. The game is designed for various gaming consoles such as PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Development
The developers have able to identify several things to make Goku along with his friends to function effectively that can able to satisfy all the gamers during their play. Likewise, they also make sure that game will still capture a lot of fierce and flashy battles just like with the manga or anime itself.

Presentation:
Basically, the Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi is packed with content that does not only offer single player adventures. It also offers additional story line that chiefly focus on the characters that you’ve created. In other words, you can make your very own super hero and use it during a quest where you need to acquire all 11 dragon balls then save it eventually.

Nonetheless, the options for customizing are limited particularly on the visual styles aspect but development of the game is still on continuous process. For its obvious drawbacks, the game’s training and RPG such as the levelling or rounding up don’t necessarily keep the real story line of the series.

In terms of the graphics, the franchise has good representation but the characters don’t actually represent superiorly just like with the original designs in the manga. Likewise, the sizes of the planets remained the same and the fighting actions aren’t that magnificent enough thus, requires more energy blasting apart from brawny physical fights of the characters. In addition, a few errors were seen with the presentation in terms of the game story line and the loading times as well.

Gameplay:
The Ultimate Tenkaichi’s every battle can function in similar fashion and the fighters seem to feel in a way that the game is routinary. Conversely, both the animation and energy blasts are unique but when it comes with skills and techniques in every round, they are still similar.

The gamers can also spend their time both in executing combos and impressive shots in an effortless manner with button commands that are user-friendly.

Verdict:
By and large, Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi is still interesting to play and packed with content but a few flaws are still noted in the game itself.

Game Review for X-Men Destiny

February 23rd, 2012

The X-Men Destiny is a video game released on September 2011 for several gaming consoles like PS 3, Xbox 360, Wii, and Nintendo DS.

Generally, the game allows the players to have full control during the play. The new mutant characters have the freedom to join either the X-Men or the Brotherhood of Mutants thereby, allowing the players to make choices about the definitive destiny of their chosen character. For the rest of the stages, users can gather X-Genes or simply the power enhancements. Each power enhancement can open three types of skills: defensive, offensive, and utility.

However, according to some players it doesn’t even provide you the feeling that you have all these choices during your play. Likewise, the graphics are not that outstanding though most characters look pretty much okay. It also somehow provides the players a whole gaming experience with cheaper and terrible effects and thus, making X-Men Destiny not much of a must-have video game.

For beginners, players need to select 3 starting characters plus 3 mutantpowers but despite what character you select the warfare is chiefly about matching concerns. Varieties of special upgrades are also possible particularly when players complete challenges. These are hidden challenges where all you need to do is to strike a bunch of enemies to win an upgrade.

As you progress in playing the game, you’ll come across several characters that are popular and unpopular at the same time. In fact, you can interact with them while finishing several missions. The characters like Caliban and Pixie are also presented in X-Men Destiny together with your much loved characters like Emma Frost and Cyclops but sad to say they can’t be handled in a more interesting way because they are not that outstanding when it comes with game controls and tactics.

Overall, the X-Men Destiny is not the strongest game as compared with other X-Men games because of several downsides like the gameplay and the game system. Likewise, it does not possess dynamic quality where you can definitely say that players can really enjoyed playing for hours. Try other popular games for more fun and excitement like Halo or the Age of Empire.
